Olivia Lloyd (Bio)

Olivia Lloyd believes God doesn't waste anything; not even a war.

Born in Liberia during the height of the war, she spent her early years navigating displacement, loss, and the uncertainty of being a refugee. Her family fled to Ivory Coast, then made their way to America; starting over with nothing but faith and determination. That experience didn't just shape her character. It became the foundation of everything she now builds for others.

Today, Olivia is the founder of Grow Social, a faith-forward community dedicated to equipping women to grow mentally, practically, and spiritually; into the fullness of who God called them to be. At the core of her work is a belief she lives by every single day: growth is worship. She believes the truest way to honor God is to become; ‘fully, boldly, and without apology’ the woman He created you to be.

Olivia brings rare depth to that message. With a bachelor's in psychology, a master's in clinical rehabilitation counseling, and over a decade of experience in mental health and counseling, she understands what holds women back from the inside out. She went on to build a career as a database systems engineer in tech; and along the way, helped hundreds of people not only break into the industry but land their first six-figure roles. Because to Olivia, success was never meant to stop with her.

Through Grow Social's coaching programs, intimate growth cohorts, in-person gatherings, and her signature card deckLet's Be Honest’ a reflective and community conversation tool. She creates spaces where women get radically honest about who they were, who they are, and who they're becoming. She has mentored countless women, led teams and graduate programs, and spoken at events carrying one consistent message: the odds don't get the final say.

Olivia is a disciple of Jesus, a proud wife to her husband Anthony, and a devoted mama to their son Noble. She is a daughter of Liberia, a first-generation immigrant, and a living testament to what happens when a woman aligns her life with God, walks in her purpose, and refuses to let her past write her future.

Her goal is not to simply inspire you. She desires to help you become.
